Hallo! When we went PRer walking in Rhine Park…I really felt like God was telling me to PR and write songs. Before we left…TB and I met this woman, and I played with her little boys. We didn’t really get into a spiritual conversation…but God is still amazing! I miss mom and dad. Tchuss! Love.

M and I were pr walking, asking God to send a woman to talk to. we walked around a corner and ther she was. her her name was N. we talked to her for awhile and then got to pr with her. we exchanged email addresses. pr that god will grow the seeds we planted. pr specifically for salvation! 1 cor. 3:6-9

Hey everyone! Everything is going great. I have 3 people i am meetin with on a regular basis. two boys named D and D and a man named R. R and i took a walk around the park and just talked for about an hour. i am meetin him tomorrow also. i am also meeting the two boys also. we might be going on the sky lift acros Koln. even though they dont speak much english...there is just some connection there, I cant explain it but it is very cool! they want to be with me. they invited a friend to come with us today. it is very awesome. even though i have been here 5 days, i am already attached to them, i look forward to their company. god has worked in my life so much (isaiah 6:8) this is my calling, my passion, what God has called me for, to make His name famous not mine, to put me 2nd and him first. I love you all so much.

Today we sowed in our park. It was really interesting to get to talk to the people around here and learn about them. I'm having lots of fun! I really can tell this is what I need to be doing especially after today! I met a couple of boys. They were quite a trip. They were most definitely German! They played soccer and made fun of us in German. Ljinkish!

Today we went back to the Rhein Park. We pr walked for a while and then went out to make contacts. It was awesome to just go up to complete strangers and start a conversation. Hey! Today at rhine park I met two people, one woman A and a man with a name I can't spell, he spoke French! He was nice but doesnt believe in God and A is a christian scientist she is a very nice woman. Be praying for them. So I love the zipline at our park also. There is a homeless amn that lives in the park there, he doesnt speak english but I pray for him anyway. I love Cologne alot. Um, Doug and I prayed for you today and the kids at campbhut you are at camp so why am i writing this?! And Val i love you and miss you - Be good! Haha! And mom- I know you still exist. Hey everyone! I am having a great time. I met 4 people today. I got to share the gospel with one. His name was R. Two of them were two 14 year old kids that i played soccer with.l I about died. They were toying with me the whole time. I was exhausted. I am meeting them tomorrow again at 3 and R also. The other was a woman. She was telling J and I that we should go to the gay parade. I dont know why but 4 people have thought i was gay. Homosexuality is very prominant here. I have seen things that i never want to see again. Its just a new culture. The 14 year old i played with was smoking. Well keep me in your prayers. I love you all and Brittney.

We spent our first day in Cologne traveling around attempting to get to know the city. Thank you to all of you who prayed for me about the flight. I wasn’t a huge fan of it, but it was alright. Continue praying that my physical and mental well being will be all working and stuff so that I can focus on the task at hand, and mom thank you for the cards. I read both on the second day of base camp! I miss you all- you know who you are! See you soon!

I felt that the first day was very exhausting. After my large group got off of the airplane we had to move around the city so we could learn how the transportation system works. I feel very tired right now, but I know it will get better. Everyone who has been praying for me, keep it up and I love all of you.

The flight was great. I love flying. I pretty much slept the whole way, it was wonderful. We got to see the city today. It was so interesting to begin to see the new cultures. And I’m very excited to begin working in the city.

Today we got up and ate breakfast, had worship, and learned about plowing. We read Acts. We'll be reading 8 chapters a day this week. Then our trek group went prayer walking. Everything is great here. My jet lag is gone and I am back to my old self. My family group is great. I've been hanging with Jordan and Makayla. The weather is good here. It's been kinda rainy here but nothing bad. We prayer walked for 4 hours today at the Rhine Park. I got to talk to a German today. It was exciting...but he was drunk. I couldn't tell though. Germans hold their liquor very well. We are doing alot of walking. We walked into the Dom Cathedral. WOW! That was amazing. I have never seen anything like it. We walked up the tallest tower, it was 500 steps high. Tomorrow we are going to be at Rhine Park. Well I love you all very much, and I can't wait to see you again. Brittney (kiss!)

We talked to a lady for a long time and at the picnic I played volleyball with these 2 guys anda girl and they were REALLY good.
